From London: head south towards the M25. Take the A21 going south towards Hastings. Follow this road for aproximately 19 miles to the traffic lights at Flimwell.

From the centre of Tunbridge Wells: take the A264 towards Pembury for 2 miles. Take the slip road left and onto the A21 south towards Hastings. Follow the A21 for approximately 13miles to the traffic lights at Flimwell. Turn left onto the A268 towards Hawkhurst for 3 miles. At the traffic lights, turn right on the A229 Highgate Hill. Proceed for approximately 0.7 miles up to The Moor. Turn right opposite the village hall across the green. After 100 yards turn left into Talbot Road. After 100 yards turn right into Hen sil Lane. The practice can be found on the left hand side 50 yards down.

From Hastings: take the A21 towards London. At Hurst Green, take the A229 towards Hawkhurst for 2 miles. Bear left into Talbot Road and after 150 yards turn left into Hensil Lane.

By Train to Etchingham
Trains depart Charing Cross at 15 minutes past the hour and London Bridge at 23 minutes past the hour arriving at Etchingham 30 minutes past the following hour.

Trains depart Etchingham 18 minutes past the hour arriving at Charing Cross 33 minutes past the following hour

There are faster and more frequent trains during the rush hour.
